Nature of the Service

This is a private reference site. It does not act for STPSO, the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center, the 22nd Judicial District Court, the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections, or any other public office. We do not store official jail, court, or corrections records. We cannot confirm a person’s custody, release anyone, post bond, submit a public-record request in your name, or file a court paper.

The site points visitors to official St. Tammany Parish and Louisiana resources and may connect them with third-party research tools. A link or search result is not an official finding by this site.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Do not use the site in violation of any local, state, or federal law.
• Do not use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass another person.
• Do not rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision.
• Do not attempt to enter an account, system, server, or area without authorization.
• Do not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated collection tools.
• Do not overload, damage, interrupt, or impair access for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

St. Tammany Parish Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not supply background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither it nor its advertising partners provides screening services. You agree not to use information from this site or a linked tool for an FCRA-covered purpose, including:

• Decisions about hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment action.
• Tenant selection, housing approval, or another residential screening.
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance premiums and eligibility.
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program when the FCRA applies.
• Any other use regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Links may lead to STPSO release information, Louisiana corrections resources, federal locators, courts, legal-aid material, or outside search services. Each destination controls its content, uptime, privacy practices, and data handling. A link is provided for convenience and does not constitute an endorsement. Custody status and public records can change quickly. Louisiana Public Records Law, including Title 44, governs government records and exemptions. Nothing published here is an official statement from the Sheriff’s Office, a jail, a court, or another government agency.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Louisiana.

Severability of Terms

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable where the law permits.
